The year is 2013. The world is in ruins after an incident happened, causing a large amount of the population to become monsters.
These are the condemned.
They’re constantly hungry, but they can’t eat.
They can’t die either, not by normal means at least.
They retain their conscience from when they were human, living in eternal suffering.
Some people have resorted to using CyberSpace to escape from their dying world.
Wel Monroe and Kel Verger are two of these people.
But one day, something changed in CyberSpace.
